F.A. Seamless Gutters can replace or repair your residential gutters in and around Denver, Colorado. The standard residential gutter reservoir size is five inches. We can do five inch and six inch gutter sizes. Here are the material choices we offer.

Steel

Our most popular choice of material is steel. It is durable, affordable, and strong. It comes painted on both sides to protect from rust. Colors shown are screen representation only. There may be slight color variations on actual metal.

Downspouts

We can install two different downspout sizes (2x3, 3x4).

Copper

Copper lends a dramatic look to any house. We can install 5 or 6 inch K-style gutters and downspouts (2x3, 3x4) in copper upon request. Copper also is available in half round, a special order shape.

Gutter Screens

Gutter screens are black steel and are used to protect the gutter system from filling up with leaves. We recommend EZ lock style.

Warranty

Our one-year warranty covers:

Leaks from any seams, outlets or end caps
Dislocation of gutter from fascia board, due to natural causes
Dislocation of downspout from wall of building, due to natural causes

The pre-painted steel gutters have a paint warranty from the manufacturer of 20 years. This warranty is against fading, peeling, chipping, cracking, or rusting. This is a baked enamel paint that has been tested at degrees of –125 to +175.
